中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在於探討電針刺激內關穴和足三里穴對最大運動負荷下的心跳率、 氧攝取量、換氣量、運動強度自覺疲勞度和耐力跑時間等反應的差意情形。本研究以 15 位 自願參加的大學體育系男生為研究對象, 平均年齡 21.87 歲, 體重 69.47 公斤, 身高 171.87 公分。 受試者以平衡次序分別接受 (1) 電針刺激內關穴 (2) 電針刺激足三里穴 (3) 電針刺激內關穴和足三里穴 (4) 電針刺激非穴位 (5) 無刺激等 5 種實驗處理。 非穴 位四個點避開人體的經絡,做為雙內關穴和雙足三里穴的對照位置。 電針刺激採用 SU-608 型電針儀, 所輸出的脈衝電是一種連續交流脈衝, 頻率為 30 次 / 秒; 電壓為 12 伏特; 電流為 1.5 毫安培,每次刺激持續 10 分鐘。 運動的方式為運動負荷施加方式進行,直到 受試者自覺疲憊,跑步無法繼續進行為止。 測驗過程使用 Sensormedics 2900 能量代謝系 統分析氣體。此外,運動中以 Borg 運動強度自覺量表,評估受試者的自覺疲勞程度,並且 計錄全程跑步時間。 所得的資料經單因子變異數分析處理。本研究結果發現:(1) 雷針體穴 刺激皆顯著降抵安靜與運動中心跳率與氧攝取水準,但對換氣量未產生顯著的變化。(2) 電 針體穴刺激皆顯著降低運動強度自覺量及延長耐力跑時間。本研究結果顯同時電針刺激足三 里和內關穴有利於提高運動能力表現。對運動員而言,則可以協助他們承受較長時間,較大 量的運動,進而提昇運動成績的表現。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of electroacupuncture on exercise induced physiological responses. Subjects were fifteen university males with average age, height and weight of 21.87 yrs, 171.87 cm and 69.47kgs respectively. Each subject performed five separate maximal treadmill runnings with treatments of electroacupuncture on Neiguan locus (PG) , Zusanli locus(S36) , Neiguan locus and Zusanli locus, electroacupuncture pseudo locus and with no stimulation respectively. pseudo electroacupuncture stimulate was applied on two centimeters outside the point of electroacupuncture locus. Electrical stimulate was induced by a SU-608 electroa- cupuncture machine (25/sec,10 volt. 1.5 microamperes ) during 20th-30th and 5th-15th minutes before exercise. Physiological variables including heart rate, ventilation, oxygen consumption, rate of perceived exertion and time of exhustion were collected and analysized with one-way repeated ANOVA. The results obtained from this study were as follows: (1) electroacupuncture significantly change heart rate and oxygen consumption preand during exercise. but did not significantly change ventilation preand during exercise. (2) e- lectroacupuncture significantly lowered resting oxygen con- sumption and post-exercise oxygen consumption respectively. (3 ) electroacupuncture significantly lowered and rate of perceived exertion following exercise and increase time of exhustion. The results indicated that Electroacupuncture of Neiguan (P6) and Zusanli (S36) is more beneficial to re-covery from fatigue following severe exercise and might enhance exercise performance. |
