中文摘要 | 新穎家電元件之結構與設計理念係屬商業機密,學術界往往無法獲得相關資訊, 以致在教學的過程中疑雲重重,難以解開。有鑑於此,本研究乃先以電熱類電器為核心。針 對溫度保險絲、熱動開關、溫度開關等溫控元件,採觀測解剖法,亦即運用分解、解剖、觀 察、測試的方式,以便瞭解隱藏於黑箱元件內各細部零件之動作情形。繼而追蹤電器之電路 圖,明白系統電路與機件之動作原理。若將這些資料加以繪製、整理,並融入實務界人士之 經驗,即可彙編成最佳之家電設計與檢修教材。研究結果發現,觀測解剖法不但能追根究柢 ,窮理致知,有助教材編輯,且能提供技職界人士,做為建構科技教學資源之參考。 |
英文摘要 | New construction and design ideas of home electrical appliance elements are commercial secrets. Because the academic field cannot gain relative information often, many problems will exist on teaching process. It is difficult to understand. At first, this study is concentrated on heating electrical appliances. Select the temperature control elements, such as thermal fuse, thermal switch, temperature switch,...etc. By means of the observa-tion and splitting techniques, just as use disassemble, split, observation and measurement techniques to understand the operation condition of each elements hidden the black boxes. Next step is to trace the circuit diagram of electrical appliances, to know the operation principle of systematic elements between electric circuits or mechanical parts. After drawing or arrangement and combine the experiences of manufacturers or technicians, those information will be compiled and becoming the optimal teaching material on design or trouble shooting of home electrical appliances. According to this study, we find, the observation and splitting techniques will trace the root of things, also help us understanding the principle of physical science. It can promote the quality of teaching material to be compiled. It may offer the reference method for technical and vocational persons to construct the technological teaching resources. |
