中文摘要 | 隨著臺灣社會的日益自由化、民主化、大學的教育改革也日益緊鑼密鼓地進行。自 從大學法通過以後,所謂「大學自主」、「教授治校」的原則終告確立。在這一風潮之下,各 大學原有的「中華民國憲法與立國精神」課程,也隨著進行改革。各大學改革的方式雖有不同 ,但大致上有幾個共同的趨勢:一、維持憲法部分,改革立國精神部分;二、將之社會科學化 ;三、將之視為一領域,在此領域內設計多元化課程,增加學生選擇之機會。 本文主要之重點,在介紹國內三所師範大學「中華民國憲法與立國精神」之課程改革情形。由 於該三所師大彼此條件不同、師資不同,外在刺激不同,本身之改革理念也不盡相同,所以各 自進行了不同程度、不同方向的改革。不過,他們也都重視該課程的社會科學化,都維持憲法 重要性,都重視國家發展的理念與經驗,因為這些都是教育青年學子成為一個健全的現代公民 之重要教材。 同時,本文也呼籲各校,對此一課程之改革,應從公民社會建構的觀點,謹慎從事,萬勿過褒 過眨,非誑即狷,此皆非理性之表現也。 |
英文摘要 | With the liberalization and democratize in Taiwan, the reform of education system in college is been making positively. Since the Act of college Education passed, the principle of so called "college independence" and "professors as school managers" has been established. The reform of the course of "The Constitution and founding spirit of R.O.C." is also been proceeding with the tide. Though the ways of the reform of each school are different, there are still common tendencies. They are to maintain the constitution and reform the founding spirit, to make it become social science and to make it a domain in which various courses are designed to increase choices for students. The points of this article is to expound reforming situation of the course, "The Constitution and Founding Spirit of R.O.C." in three teacher-training universities in Taiwan. Because of the different conditions, teachears qualifications and outside stimulus, there fore, their ideals are not the same at all. Thus, they proceed reforms of different degrees and directions. However, they all emphasize the becoming social society of this course, keep the importance of constitution and emphasize the ideals and experience of nation development. Because these are all important teaching materials to educate the youth to become sound modern citizens. Meanwhile, this article also reminds all schools of the reform of the course which be based on careful structure of citizens and society. |
