中文摘要 | 《禮記樂記》是我國最早有關樂的理論根源的著作。然樂記的意義內涵甚為廣泛,不僅探討音樂,舉凡個人如何臻至心性調和,社會要怎樣才能呈現和樂,或是天下達太平之境界,均是樂記論述的內容。樂與社會風氣之良窳互為表裡,有什麼樣的人民與環境就有什麼樣的樂音,反之亦然。正因樂具備了潛移默化與移風易俗的教化功能,是以對人格教育影響深遠。本文旨在透過對禮記樂記的探究,了解樂的真正義涵,及其對人格教育的啟示。為達上述目的,首先探討樂的意義,繼析論樂的內涵,包括了樂與禮的關係,樂表達個人情緒,樂是天理與人欲的和諧,樂與政事相通,樂記德本藝末的主張等。再就人格形成與影響的因素作一歸納,最後綜合樂記樂人格教育的啟示:人格教育應重視個人情緒的調節,強調情感教育、全人教育、體認環境及文化因素,以及人格教育應從個人「修身」做起等數項。 |
英文摘要 | Yueh-jih is the first publication about the origins and theories of music in ancient China. Yet the scope of Yueh-jih is quite broad, not limited to music. It includes the discussions of maintaining a peaceful mind of a person, establishing a harmonic climate of a society, and even reaching a Utopian state of the world. Therefore, the subtle educating power of Yueh-jih is crcuial to personality education. This study has three purposes: firstly, to clarify the meaning of Yueh-jih; secondly, to explore the characteristic and content of Yueh-jih, which includes the relationship of Yueh-jih and Lee-jih, the way of expressing inner feeling, the harmonic state of connecting Tao and personal desire, relation of Yueh to politics, and the artistic standpoints of Yueh-jih. Thirdly, the author summarizes three implications of Yueh-jih to personality education: Yueh enhances the ability of expressing personal emotions properly; Yueh-jih emphasizes personal endeavor of pursuing moral fulfilment; Yueh-jih focuses on the heuristic perspectives of whole person education. |
