中文摘要 | 本文主要以南部(臺南)之木棉纖維(Kapok; K)為主,並與棉花(Cotton; C)、聚酯酯(PET; T)依不同的比例,做成混紡紗,再予以探討其物理性質,例如:摩擦、外觀、強度及伸度、表面及均勻度等之測定,且與純棉紗線及純聚酯紗線做一比較。經實驗結果得知:T/K (PET/Kapok)、C/K (Cotton/Kapok)(比例各有9:1、8:2、7:3三種) 的混紡紗,其各方面之物理性質詳如文章所述。在 T/K 混紡紗方面,其物性與純聚酯紗相近,例如:T/K各比例混紡紗平均之強度較純聚酯紗低約 0.11cN/dTex,故可將木棉與純聚酯纖維混紡,尤以T/K(9:1)之混紡紗較佳。在C/K混紡紗方面,其物性與純棉紗相差較大, 例如:C/K平均之均勻度較純棉紗為差。然不管是C/K或T/K之混紡紗,其物性皆大大地改善了單一純木棉紗的性質,故可達到減少環境污染及物盡其用之目的。 |
英文摘要 | This article is mainly investigated on kapok fiber (K) in Tainan, blending with cotton (c) or polyester (T) in three kinds of ratio. The physical properties of their yarns are discussed such as friction, aspect, tensile properties and evenness etc. Then theirs are compared with the pure cotton yarn and the pure polyester yarn. Results reveal that TK (PET/Kapok) and CK (Cotton/Kapok) (ratio: 9:1, 8:2, 7:3) have their own characteristics. The physical properties of blending yarns in TK are almost the same as those of polyester yarn, such as the average strength of the blending yarns in T/K is 0.11 cN/dTex lower than the pure polyester yarns, especially at T/K (9:1) is the best; on the contrary, in CK, the properties are quite different from pure cotton yarn, such as the average evenness of the CK yarns is half of the pure cotton yarns. However, the blending yarns of TK or CK are improved their properties which are compared with the kapok yarn. Thus, the idea of improving the environmental pollution and making the most of Kapok can be made it. |
