中文摘要 | 本研究針對有機蒸氣被動式採樣器使用的活性炭材質進行生產與性能測試評估。 以非織物及梭織物兩種織物型態之縲縈布為生產活性炭布的素材,藉由製造時嫘縈布傳送速 度的不同生產不同比表面積的活性炭布,非織物型態的縲縈布所生產的活性炭布以英文字 T 開頭, 梭織物以英文字 RS 開頭,計生產 T1190、T890、RS590 及 RS390 四種活性炭布, 比表面積約為 1000m �� /g、1500m �� /g、1500m �� /g 及 2000m �� /g, 供被動式採樣 器固體吸附材質之用。 將燒製完成的炭布取代市售被動式採樣器 3M 3500 OVM 之活性炭吸 附片,甲苯為測試對象物,進行空白試驗、脫附效率、採樣率及採樣容積、逆擴散、共同干 擾物質及現場性能測試,以了解所生產的活性炭布作為被動式採樣器的吸附介質的可行性。 研究結果顯示,T1190、T890、RS590 及 RS390 四種活性炭布均適用溶劑脫附方式分析,脫 附效率 95 %以上; 甲苯採樣率分別為 27.77 mL/min、 26.78 mL/min、 28.10 mL/min、 27.90 mL/min,採樣率與其織物型態及比表面積的不同沒有顯著差異( p=0.77 );逆擴散 現象不顯著, 現場定點採樣與主動式採樣結果濃度相近( n=6 ), 相對誤差落在± 3.25 %以內;四種活性炭布均可作為有機蒸氣被動式採樣器中的吸附介質。 |
英文摘要 | This research aims to produce activated carbon cloth and evaluate their performance on passive sampling. Non-woven and woven rayon were used to produce four types of activated carbon cloth, T1190, T890, RS590 and RS390. Type T carbon cloth were made from the non-woven rayon by different transporting speed, while type RS was from the woven kind. The specific surface area of these carbon cloth were 1000 m �� /g, 1500 m �� /g, 1500 m �� /g and 2000 m �� /g. By replacing the absorbent pad of 3M 3500 OVM, the performance of these cloth were evaluated against toluene. Media blank, desorption efficiency, sampling rate, sampling capacity, reverse diffusion, coexist interference and field validation were all investigated. Results show that these four kinds of cloth are suitable for collecting toluene vapor, and their desorption efficiency is above 95%. Sampling rates of these four types of cloth, T1190, T890, RS590 and RS390, were 27.77 mL/min, 26.78 mL/min, 28.10 mL/min and 27.90 mL/min, respectively. The sampling rates show, statistically, no significant difference in the type of the texture and the surface area of these four kinds of cloth (p=0.77). Reverse diffusion was not found in this study. There is a very good agreement between passive and active samplings in grouped samples (n=6) in the field validation, (relative error ± 3.25%). We conclude that these four kinds of cloth were all suitable to replace the absorbent pad on passive sampling badge. |
