中文摘要 | 本公司之廢棄物主要為生物污泥及廢油泥,因其顆粒大小均勻且多為有機物,適 合以流體化床焚化爐處理。但操作至今仍有以下亟待解決與改善的問題:一、進料水份含量 降低;二、進料混合操作;三、進料方式改善;四、砂補充量降低;五、灰燼回用。前一、 二和三項屬管理層次,技術僅做配合,目前正積極進行改善工程。而本研究著重於四、五項 之研究,研究的重點為:1. 使用爐砂性質與操作參數間的關連性探討。2. 爐砂硬度、圓度 規範測定之方法建立。 3. 爐灰之化性、物性分析。由爐砂性質之研究,獲得以下之結果: 1. 由爐砂性質與焚化操作參數間之關連性探討, 空氣流之速度須高於最小流體化速度,小 於粒子的終端速度, 才不致造成粒子淘失量過多。 2. 由光學顯微照片與 Krumbein、 Rittenhouse 分別制定之圓度與球度影像,互相比對可求得相對值。 3. 磨損試驗顯示,影 響爐砂磨損量的因素有圓度、球度、硬度、其中圓度為主要影響因素。 4. 磨損試驗顯示, 爐砂應回爐再用,每天可回收約 300 ∼ 400kg,砂補充量可節省 30 ∼ 40 %。 由以上針 對爐砂性質與操作參數間的關連性探討,確立爐砂與操作參數間的關連性,並且規範出爐砂 所應具備之性質,包括:粒徑、成份、圓度、球度與相對硬度,並且實驗証實爐砂可再回爐 使用,除提供採購參考外,也提供操作現場在焚化爐之硬體上改進的依據。 |
英文摘要 | Bio-sludge and oil sludge are the major wastes in CPC. Both are suitable for incineration in using fluidization-bed incinerator, since they are narrow particle size distribution and almost organic matter. Up to the monent, some of operation problems will be extremely demanded to imrprove and settle. These problems are: (1) .reducing water content of feed; (2) mixing feed well-distributed; (3). improving the feeding way; (4). decreasing replenishment of sand and (5). recycling of sand in ash. Problems (1),(2) and (3) are management associated and have been doing positively. This study focuses on problem (4) and (5). To solve problem (4) and (5) is to: 1. probing into the relationship between sand and the operation parameter; 2. establishing the analytical methods for hardness and roundness of sand and the purchasing standard. By investigating the behavior of sand particles, the results are summarized as follows: 1. account to the relationship between sand characteristics and the operation parameter, the velocity of air flow beyond the minimum fluidization velocity and below the terminal velocity of particles will avoid more sand to elutriate.2. the roundness and sphericity of sand were obtained by comparing the optical microscope photos and images of roundness, sphericity by the producers, Krumbein and Rittenhouse separatively. 3. the abrasion test showed that the roundness, sphericity, hardness and SiO2 content will affect the sand abrasion and the roundness is the mainly effective factor. 4. the abrasion test demonstrated that the used sand should be recycled, the amount of recovered sand was 300 ∼ 400 kg/day and saved 30 ∼ 40% cost. The relationship between sand characteristics and the operation parameter was determined. The process defined the characteristics of sand including paticle size distribution, ingredient, roundness, sphericity and hardness for purchasing standard. It was also demonstrated that the used sand could be recycled. |
