中文摘要 | 本研究主要是以粉末噴焊系統之技術應用於耕耘刀上,進行表面處理試驗,探討 噴焊後的耕耘刀田間作業之可行性。文中採用較低成本的 POWDER WELDING 系統,配合鎳基 合金粉末,進行噴焊工作。試驗結果得知經由表面處理的耕耘刀耕作量由 15 ha 提升至 45 ha 土地更換 1 次,拆裝次數減少,節省更換時間約 7.5 hr、費用減省為 1,743 元,且可 降低耕耘刀使用時存留於土壤中的鐵質,對臺灣耕地土質有所益處,並能減輕農友負擔,增 加收入。 |
英文摘要 | This study aimed to examine the usability of utilizing the welded tiller blade in the farming. The surface treatment was experimented by applying the powder welding skills on the tiller blade. Lower-cost powder welding system was utilized in cooperating with nickel-base alloy powder to operate the welding work. The results showed that after the surface treatment, the working amount of one set of tiller blade was raising from 15 ha to 45 ha before it needed to be changed. Besides, after the surface treatment, the number of unloading the tiller blade was reduced, which resulted in less time consumed (7.5 hr was saved) and less cost ($1,743 was saved). The farmer's income was thus increased. In addition, the surface treatment also reduced the iron left in the soil when the tiller blade was used, which was less harmful to the quality of Taiwan's farming soil. |
