英文摘要 | The Objective of this paper is to apply Multivariate Exponentially Wei ghted Moving Average (MEWMA) control chart to implement the analysis and diagnosis of multivariate process control. First of all, during process analysis, the MEWMA control chart uses the sample data at a certain time and the most recent data to determine the stability of a process (or a product.) Its advantage is that it can accurately detect any process deviation, especially in the situation of moderate of little deviation. It can also complement the insufficiency of the conventional T �� control chart. On the other hand, this article accomplishes the process diagnosis by two stages: (1) To determine the relative possibility of each univariates that results in the multivariate instability by ranking each univariates. (2) To construct the Bonferroni simultaneous confidence interval for each univariates in of order to identify which univariate(s) is (are) the one(s) that really result in the process deviation. Finally, a simulated numerical example, with two related process variables considered together, is given to explain and demonstrate the proposed approach of this research. |
