中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的在於調查並分析參與建教訓合作方案之學生與雇主對本教育方 案的意見,以發掘本教育方案的問題所在,並意圖找出解決之途徑,以故為學校、職訓中心 、企業界推動本教育方案之參考。 本研究首先採文獻分析法,探討教育方案的評鑑內容,以作為本研究的理論基礎。首次,研 究者以自行設計高查問卷,以問卷調查法收集學生及廠商代表對建教訓合作教育方案的意見 ,問卷共分二種,即學生問卷與廠商代表問卷,學生問卷的設計主要包含兩個變項一學生是 否通過高中聯考以及決定學生參與此一教育方案之決策者。至於廠商代表問卷的問卷內容主 要包括五個變項,其分別為擔任職務、學歷、輔導年資、是否有其他方案之工讀生、是否有 其他方案之畢業生。回收資料以百分比,平均數,t 檢定及變異數分析進行分析。 本研究獲得的結論如下: 1. 多數學生認為本方案在訓練單位的實習材料充足、實習設備精良、教學設施完善、 工廠 同事和諧相處、適應工廠生活等五方面為其主要優點,而認為訓練單位在生活管理、工廠待 遇、工廠生活輔導員的協助、住宿與補充訓練等項目上為其缺點。 2. 廠商代表認為本方案的主要優點在於協助員工相處、適應工廠生活、學習態度、 技能水 準與工作態度等項目,而本方案在學習態度、進修訓練、晉升機會、工作態度與擔任重大任 務等項目,與其他工讀生或其他方案之畢業相較並未佔優勢。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this paper was trying to investigate and analyze t he opinions of student sas weil as the managers of the industry who participate d in this program on the cooperative education program. Moreover, through the s tudy, a more useful reference can be presented to make this program well-improv ed. The theories to evaluate the program and two questionnaires developed in this r esearch were based to evaluate the related papers. The questionnaire for studen ts was designed in accordance with two variables, icluding whether or not the students passed the high school's entrance examination, and who the decision-mak er was to have the students enroll in this program. The other questionnaire was designed for the managers of the industry with five variables, including their prosition, educational background, guidance time, the company with/without other work study program's students, and the company with/without the employees gradua ted from other vocational educatinal program. The data were analyzed by Mean, t- test, and ANOVA to determine the difference. The major findings were as follows: 1.Most of these sutdents thought that there were five important advantages of this program, including to develop a good colleague relationship, to supply suff icient training material, to have precision apparatus, to get appropriate career adaptation, and to provide excellent instructional aids. 2.Most of these students indicated that there were five major disadvantages of th is prgoram, including lodging management, lower salar, life consultant's serv ice, dormitory environment, and complementary training. 3.Most of the managers thought that there were five significant merits of this program, including friendly colleague relationship, better career adaptation, d iligent learning attitude, mastery skill, and good work attitude. However, seve ral years later these students in this program did not get the most advantages in learning attitude, advanced training, promotion, work attitude, and attending at an important task, compared with those who graduated from general industrial vocational high school. |
