中文摘要 | 盱衡古今中外各種學說思想之發展皆有其大體一貫相承之精髓,而生涯輔導之發 展展則起源於中國教育家孔子之先知燭見,他曾言「吾十有五而志於學,三十而立,四十而 不惑,五十而知天命、六十而耳順,七十而從心所欲、不踰矩。」此生涯思想為世界生涯規 劃之濫觴,之後,二十世紀初期後,西方各種生涯研究與學說百家爭鳴,奠定日後生涯輔導 之發展:前者不唯揭櫫中國人獨善其身及兼善天下之「天人合�C」的聖域境界,亦明示中華 文化博約簡深的修已治人之道;後者則配合西方科技發展與時代潮流,結合職業輔導而釐定 「學用合一」與「實事求是」之科學實證精神的生涯發展方針,凡此,若能中西合一,古今 思想兼揉並蓄, 擇優發揚,則俾能避其偏而協助國人建構一個「中學為主 & 西學為輔」的 全方位生涯模式。 |
英文摘要 | Regardless of the difference of times and cultures, all the theories a nd thoughts between the Oriental and the Western have their basic spirit from l iving. For example, the career-planning thought in the world origi-nates from Confucius' systematic life planning. He ever said "At thirty, I stood firm; At forty, I had no doubts; At fifty, I know the decrees of Heaven; At sixty, my ear was an obediene organ for the reception of truth; At seventy, I could follow wha t my heart desired, without trans-gressing what was right. "As he had stated abo ve, his career-planning thought become an insight develoopment in the world, He is practical for his career planning. Afterwards, many academic researches and articles related career-planning have set an foundation for the latter developm ent of career eduration in the Western. They are theoreticlal ways for career, How to incorporate practicability into theories from multi-cultures for career- planning development in the world is imperative increasingly. Be-cause it will create an bright way for everyone's career planning in the future. |
