中文摘要 | 本文利用蒙地卡羅法EGS4 計算機程式從事偵測效研究,分別考慮射源能量,射源 與偵檢器距離、偵檢器有效體積、及電子每次碰撞能量損失分率等參數改善對偵檢器偵測效 率之影響。同時,利用 EGS4 程式計算點射源、以及不同體積體射源對絕對峰效率之影響亦 加以探討。本研究並將理論計算結果和放射試驗室之實驗值比較,結果顯示二者十分吻合。 |
英文摘要 | This article discusses the peak efficiency of Ge detector by using the Monte Carlo code EGS4. The Parameters that will influence the peak effciency of Ge detector such as source energy, source-detector distance, detector active volume and the fractional energy loss per electron step are considered. The Monte Carlo code EGS4 was also performed to cojmpute the influence of absolute peak efficiency with point sources and various volume sources. This study compares the theoretical calculation results and experimental data from Radiation Laboratory of Taiwan Power Company, and it shows good agreement betwee n the two results. |
