中文摘要 | 青少年是人類重要的發展階段,有其特有的心理特徵和發展的任務。本研究的目 的是闡述性別角色發展的理論和探索後期青少年與相關因素的關係,以做為教師在教學與輔 導方面參考的依據。其主要的發展如下:(1) 期青少年的正性男性特質與正性女性特質愈高 則成就動機、制握信念、自我概念、職業意願愈高,而疏離感則相反。(2) 不同的學年度的 性別特質及相關因素有不同的趨向存在。依據上述,有以下的三項建議:(1) 強調兩性平等 的教育理念與措施,促使社會以能力代替性別偏見的工作環境;(2) 加強學校課程的研究與 修訂,配合性別特質的發展趨向,促使兩性良性的發展;(3) 學校宜隨著後期青少年心理的 發展,時時研究與輔導之。 |
英文摘要 | The adolescence is a critical stage of human being, and it has many special mental characteristics and developmental tasks. This study aims to elucidate a theoretical basis of the development of sex role in late -addescence and to explore its relationship with the correlated factors so as to act as a reference frame for teachers in teaching and guidance. The main findings are as follows: (1) If order-adolescents' positive feminine and masculine qualities are higher, their motivation for achievement, locus of control, Self-concept, willingness to work are higher, yet their sense of alienation is lower. (2) Sex role qualities and their correlated factors in late-adolescents in the successive academic years show some different trends. According to the findings mentioned above, 3 suggestions are offered concerning teaching and guidance: (1) Ideas and educational measures of sex role equalities should be continued, thus making society an environment in which a person is estimated by capability instead of sex. (2) Researches on and revision of school curriculum should be emphasized in accordance with the tendency of the development of sex role quality in late-adolescence, so as to increase a beneficial interaction between the two sexes. (3) Schools should constantaly do researches and provide guidance regarding the psychological development of order-adolescent in the different times. |
