中文摘要 | 本研究利用民七十三年和八十二年兩個年度的「臺灣 地家庭收支調查」資料, 以恩格爾函數為實証計量模型,分析家計單位十七項食消費支出結構變化的影響因素和效果 。Chow- 檢定結果顯示兩個樣本年度家計單位食品消費需求參數有結構性變化,進一步估算 各類食品項目消費支出金額的變化組成,估算結果以迴歸解釋變項包括家計單位特性、社經 條件和所得等因素的變化金額效果最大,迴歸解釋變項參數估計係數的變化金額效果則居其 次。 |
英文摘要 | Data from the survey of family income and expenditure, conducted by Directorate General of Budge, Accounting and Statistics, in 1984 and 1993 are employed for analyzing structural changes in household food expenditures. An explicit Engel function is specified as the empirical model. The results of Chow-test inducate there exist structural changes on the demand parameters of 17 food groups between two sample years. Furthemore, the empirical results indicate that most of the changes in food expenditures are caused by the changes in income, demographics, and social - economic factors between two the sample years, with changes in demand parameters playing a secondary role. |
