中文摘要 | 臺糖公司製糖工場大部份的鍋爐以蔗渣為燃料,本文主要在於探討供渣控制模式。 以鍋爐蒸汽壓力為控制變數,電腦為控制器,使用變速馬達為最後控制元件,以間隙控制、 跟隨控制和變換變速馬達轉速上下限制為控制策略,藉以穩定蒸汽壓力和代替人工供渣操作 。 經兩年期之工場試驗,製糖工場鍋爐蒸汽可穩定在 20.5-22.3 kg/cm �握孜﹛A足可因應 製糖程序需要。 |
英文摘要 | Bagasse is the main fuel for most sugar mill boilers of the Taiwan Sugar Corporation. This study describes the developoment of a bagasse feed control model to get stable steam pressure without an operator's control. We used the steam pressure of the boiler as the control variable, a computer as the controller, and variable-speed (vs) motors as the final control elements. The control straegies were gap control, follower control, and to change the high and low limits of the speed of the variable-speed motors. This model has been tested in the sugar mill for two crop years. The data show that the steam pressure could be stabilized in the range between 20.5 to 22.3 kg/cm ��, which meets the requirements of the sugar manufacture process. |
