中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解定溫5℃低溫下唐菖蒲開花球儲存時間長短對打破休眠的影響,並 嘗試應用最小平方差理論,配合 MATLAB 軟體書寫程式來建立唐菖蒲開花球低溫打破休眠和 萌芽速率之關係數學模式,進而利用最佳化理論來推導出最短低溫處理日數,以做為唐菖蒲 不同品種開花球商業上打破休眠處理之依據。結果顯示:(1) 雙曲線關係式可以用來解釋唐 菖蒲休眠特性,(2) 應用非線性規劃原理求解限制於種植後 21 天內必須達到 90 %萌芽率 且萌芽整齊度在 7 天以內的條件時,各品種最短低溫處理日數分別是 Wig's Sensation 為 57 天、Fidelio 與 Carqueiranne 均為 121 天;而隨著種植天數或萌芽整齊度條件的放寬 ,可得較低之最短低溫處理日數。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was aimed at investigating the breaking dormancy of flower bulbs of Gladiolus under 5 ℃ cold storage. Using the least squares optimization, the mathematical models were established. MATLAB computer software was used in the solution procedure. Furthermore, the nonlinear programming technique was applied to predict the optimal duration in cold storage with certain constraints. The results of this study showed:(1)Hyperbola formula can be successfully applied to express the flower bulb dormancy of Glaiolus. (2)The days required for 5 ℃ storage were 57 days for Wig's Sensation, and 121 dyas for both Carqueiranne and Fidelio, to reach 90% germination within 21 days, and attain uniformity within 7 days. The constraints were found significantly affecting the solution; the storage days could be shortened by relaxing the constraints. |
