| 中文摘要 | 自 73/74 至 82/83 共 10 個年期在本所農場設置F160 春植甘蔗調查田,待甘蔗 萌芽整齊後,每兩週一次檢查 208 m �握W之蔗株至甘蔗收穫前為止。 發現蟲卵時記錄其種 類、卵粒數與被寄生情形,然後連同附生之蔗葉採回室內,約兩週後再在擴大鏡下檢查每一 卵塊所含卵粒數、孵化卵數、孵化幼蟲數、被寄生卵數,及所羽化卵寄生蜂之種類與隻數。 結果平均每次發現 63.71 粒蔗螟與赤眼卵蜂其他寄主之卵, 此一發生數僅為 63 ╱ 64 至 72 ╱ 73 年期秋植甘蔗上發生密度之 35.5 %。其中,以條螟卵 (Proceras venosa- tus) 之 5.022 粒最多佔 38.8 %, 於春植甘蔗萌芽後 1 至 2 個月開始出現並持續發生至九月 ,且在七、八月間呈現一高峰期,多寡年期間相差僅 6.8 倍, 被赤眼卵蜂 (Trichogramma 、spp.) 與黃腳卵蜂 (Telenomus beneficiens) 寄生 65.5 %。其次為白螟 (Scrirophaga nivella) 卵佔 34.7 %, 甘蔗萌芽初期即有成蟲自四周蔗田移入產卵並逐漸累積增多至八 月, 而於五、 六月達到卵數之高峰, 八月以後之成蔗上其卵數逐涉減少, 白螟黑卵蜂 (Telenomus beneficiens var. elongatus) 之寄生率高達 68.3 %。 再其次為二點螟 (Chilotraea infuscatella) 卵佔 17.2 %,主要出現於四至八月間,其他期間多零星發生 。 至於玉米螟 (Ostrinia furnacalis)、 黃螟 (Argyroploce schistaceana) 與梇蝶 (hesperids) 卵分別僅佔 7.9 %、1.1 %與 0.2 %,由於卵數偏低不宜討論年期間之差別 與各年期內之消長, 尤其黃螟卵之發生密度僅為秋植者之 174 分之 1,為春植甘蔗上蔗蟲 卵數較秋植大幅減少之主要原因。 |
| 英文摘要 | Biweekly surveys were made to study the seasonal occurrence of some insect eggs in an area of 208 m �� of F160 spring-planted cane at the Experimental Farm of Taiwan Sugar Research Institute in the crop years of 1984/85 to 1993/94. An average of 63.71 eggs/survey was counted, which was 35.5% that of the autumn-planted cane determined in 1974/75 to 1983/84 crop years. Proceras venosatus had the highest number of eggs, 5,022 or 38.8% of the total, and appeared about 1 to 2 months after the germination of the spring cane and continued to increase in number till September, but they mainly occurred in July to August, with 65.5% of them being parasitized either by Trichogramma spp. or by Telenomus beneficiens. Scirpophaga nivella had the second highest number of eggs, 4,482 or 34.7% of the total. In most crop year,its egg masses appeared in the very first survey, apparently deposited by the female adults which immigrated from adjacent cane fields and accumulated in number till August and reduced thereafter with 68.3% of them being parasitized by T. beneficiens var. elongatus. Then the cumulative egg number was followed by 2,231 eggs of Chilotraea infuscatella, which primarily appeared in April to August with the remaining scattered before and after this period. Insignificantly, only 7.9%, 1.1%, and 0.2% of the total were the eggs of Ostrinia furnacalis, Argyroploce schistaceana, and hesperids, respectively. The drastic reduction of Argyroploce eggs (0.70/survey), as compared with those found in the autumn cane, was the main cause for the fewer eggs found in the spring cane. |
