中文摘要 | 為了解豬生殖與呼吸綜合症在臺糖公司豬群內之感染情形,分別於 84 年 3 月 至 85 年 1 月間於 8 個畜殖場採取 2、4、6、8、10、12、16、28 週齡豬隻及母豬( > 56 週)之血清,每組各 10 頭,分別採集一次或兩次,共 940 個樣品,測定其豬生殖與 呼吸綜合症之中和抗體力價。 試驗結果顯示 8 個畜場豬隻均受到 PRRS 病毒感染,而感染 狀況在各場之間差異很大( p>0.05 ), 即使在同一場內不同時間的感染狀況差異亦大( p>0.05 )。各齡豬隻中以母豬之抗體力價最高( 34.5 倍);仔豬之移行抗體在 2 週齡時 最高( 14.5 倍),到 8 週齡時降至最低( 3.0 倍), 10 週齡以後抗體力價逐漸上升。 就上述 940 個血清中,從 5 個場選取共 450 個血清進行病毒血症測定, 結果顯示豬生殖 與呼吸綜合症病病毒之感染在仔豬 2 週齡時間始發生,病毒血症陽性率在 6 週齡最高,以 後病毒則逐漸被清除, 病毒血症陽性率逐漸下降,28 週齡肉豬及母豬病毒血症陽性率降至 零。本研究證實 PRRS 病毒可在中和抗體存在下生存於豬體內,但病毒血症則最常發生在中 和抗體 < 2 倍(陰性)時期。 |
英文摘要 | Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) is an infectious disease caused by a virus. The virus has spread rapidly in many countries, with many pig-producing countries reporting problems with the disease. The purpose of this study was to investigate the infection stauts of Taiwan Sugar Corporation's swine herd. Nine hundred and forty serum samples of different age groups were taken from eight pig farms from March 1995 to January 1996 to detect the SN (serum neutralization) titer. The different age groups included 2, 4,6, 8, 10, 12, 16, and 28 wk old pigs and more than one year-old sows. The study showed that the 8 pig farms were infected with PRRS, but there was no unique pattern of infection. The infection status and pattern differed obviously among farms, with even differences on the same farm but at different times. The SN titer of PRRS was highest in the sows. The SN titers dropped from 2wks of age and reached the lowest at 8wks of age before rising again. Four hundred and fifty serum samples from the 940 serum samples were taken for viremic detection. Viremia started at 2wks of age. The viremia-positive pigs (%) climaxed at 6wks of age. The virus cleared up gradually with SN-positive pigs (%) increasing. The PRRS virus can co-exist with the neutralization antibody in the pig, but the viremia occurred mostly when the SN titer dropped to ≦ 2. |
