中文摘要 | 本文主要在分析臺灣地區及各縣市產業結構的變遷趨勢及工業用地供需之情形。 研究結果,主要發現有下列: 1.臺灣地區之產業結構,至民國77年起,以「服務業部門」為主;「工業部門」次之; 而「農業部門」已沒落。 2.臺灣地區之工業用地分布有過分集中之現象。 3.現階段臺灣地區工業用地之存量尚有36﹐469公頃,故並無供給不足之情形。 4.丁種建築用地在各縣市之成長過於迅速。 針對上述有關問題的分析與研究發現,本文都做了詳細的敘述並提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this paper is to analyze the change in the structure domestic production and the supply-demand relation of industrial land in Taiwan area. Major findings of this study come as the followings: 1.Among the structure of domestic production, the services section has been occuping the most important postition since 1988, the second has been the industrail section, the third has been the agricultral section, in Taiwan. 2.The industrial land is to be over-concentrated distributed in Taiwan area. 3.The stock of industrial land is 36469 hectares: Hence, there is no shortage about the industrial land supply now. 4.D type building land is growing too fast. Based on the above analysis and discoveries, this paper has made statement in detail and put forward suggections. |
