中文摘要 | 本文依材料相似定律,選擇模擬隧道圍岩與襯砌材料之配比,灌製圍岩條塊試體 與襯砌塊體,並將試體堆疊成具不同型態之二向度隧道物理模型,以模擬高度節理且具塑性 弱岩層之岩體,然後引用空壓系統,使模型試體承受均勻之初始應力,再利用噴砂穿孔法模 擬隧道之開挖行為,以探討襯砌之支保功能與力學行為,和尋求襯砌厚度與彈性模數間之最 佳組合。由試驗結果中之 t �� / R ∼ E �� / E 之關係,可界定出破壞區與安全區;襯砌 之厚度與彈性模數之組合須落在安全區中,方為良好之設計。此外,依 Hoek & Brown 公式 可算出襯砌之勁度( K �搳^並除以節理岩體之彈性模數( E )將其無因次化,由觀測結果 發現在本文所述之岩盤及荷重條件下,襯砌之 K �� / E 值應介於 1 ∼ 2 之間,可兼顧施 工安全與經濟之考量。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, equivalent materials which satisfy the similitude relati ons of model are chosen to simulate the highly jointed rock mass and lining of tunnels. Test block elements with dimensions 2.5cm X 2.5 cm X 13cm are fabricated and stacked up on the platform of the loading frame to investigate the optimum implementation of lining for tunnel stability. Laboratory tests in plane stress condition are performed to evaluate the mechanical behavior of tunnel under various configurations of lining thickness and modulus. The hole drilling method by air abrasive jet machine is applied to simulate the excavation of opening. The safe and failure zones can be drawn based on the test results. The specified zones are provided and shown in this paper. In order to control the displacement of tunnel, the thickness and modulus of lining should be properly chosen in the safe zone. the stiffness of lining Kc based on Hoek & Brown formula can be normalized through the modulus of highly jointed rock mass, ,Ej. For a safe and economic design, the recommomneded valuse of K �� /E should lie between 1 and 2. |
