| 中文摘要 | 本實驗之目的,在比較不同介質對臺灣二葉松松茸菌根發育之影響。以蛭石攜帶 之松茸菌絲體, 接種至生長於殺菌處理過不同介質 10 月大小二葉松苗,於 1 1/2 年生時 檢視其菌根狀態。 結果顯示,以人工介質培養者,最適合菌根之發育,有 37.31 %形成良 好之典型外生菌根。反之,在其它土壤培育者,皆未能形成良好外生菌根,大部只形成不良 菌根。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of different media on the development of mycorrhizae formed by Tricholoma mastsutake on Pinus taiwanensis. Ten month-old P. taiwanensis seedlings grown on 6 different sterilized media were inoculated with mycelia of T. matsutake with vermiculite carrier. The state of mycorrhizal development was examined, when seedlings were 1 1/2 years old. The result showed that the artificial medium made with vermiculite and peatmoss was the best for the mycorrhizal development among media including five different forest soils, in which 37.31 % of all short rootlets were appeared with well-developed typical ectomycorrhizae. On the contrary, all those seedlings, which grew on soil media, could not develop typical ectomycorrhizae. Most of them formed only undeveloped, poor mycorrhizae. |
