中文摘要 | 本研究以就樺木科2屬27種木材,進行木材解剖特徵之研究,並利用統計方法以建 立木材解剖特徵之系統族譜。實驗結果所有樺木科試驗木材之共同解剖特徵皆為散孔材、導 管徑向鏈狀或複管孔排列、橫切面導管呈卵形、導管壁孔互生、導管末端穿孔板為階段狀。 榿木屬若干樹種具有生長輪遇聚合木質線呈下凹現象,而樺木屬則無此類特徵出現。 由 17 個木材解剖特徵因子中, 經因子分析後顯示,只要選取其中 7 個因子其保留訊息量已累積 超過 90 %,如果選取 9 個因子則更可增至 95 %以上。 經系統聚類分析所得系統族譜, 雖不同於植物分類學之分類觀點,然以木材解剖特徵之數量值為考慮,以離差平方和法與一 般植物分類學之分類相比較,樺木屬準確度為 53.85 %,榿木屬準確度為 57.14 %,故法 可獲相當不錯的分類群組效果。 |
英文摘要 | This study wood anatomical is based on the characteristics of 27 species in 2 genera of Betulaceae wood. To facilitate statistical analysis, all wood data were subject to hierarchical cluster analysis. The key results of my study are summarized as the wood anatomical characteristics of Betulaceae are all diffuse porous wood, vessels arranged in radial chain or compound, solitary pore ovate on the cross section, intervascular pitting alternative, and in vessel scalariform perforation plates. Some species in Alnus are concave growth ring crossing aggregate rays, while those of Betula are not. According to the results of factor analysis which were selected by 7 variables from 17 anatomical characteristics, accumulated preservate information will exceed about 90 percent, if select 9 variables then it will be over 95 percent. Though the system diagram which was obtained from the system hierarchical analysis was differ from plant taxa at dendrology's views. In the consideration of the quantity values of wood anatomical characteristics, in comparsion with plant taxa, the Squared SUM of distance method showed in accuracy of 53.85 % for Betula and 57.14 % for Alnus, and it presented a very good effectiveness of classification in this method. |
