中文摘要 | 本文主要探討不織布成型所用水性壓克力樹脂,以水性酚醛樹脂摻和後對不織布成型性的影響效果,並配合田口式參數實驗設計法原則進行實驗。由實驗結果顯示,在 200°C的工作溫度下,壓吸率為60-70% 時,水性壓克力樹脂摻和了10%之水性酚醛樹脂,對不織布成型效果有較佳的改善。 |
英文摘要 | The effect of water-soluble arylic resins blended with water-soluble phenolic resins on nonwoven forming was investigated by TAGUCHI method. The blended water-soluble acrylic resins are used as the adhesive agents for nonwoven forming. The results indicate that the forming ability of nonwoven is improved by using the blending ratio of 10 percentage on weight with water-soluble acrylic resins and the pick-up of 60-70 percentage at 200 °C. |
