中文摘要 | 本試驗探討景觀植物--黃金金露華(Dranta repens L. cv. Golden Leaves)、彩葉草(Coleus blumei Benth)以葉溫或作物水分逆境指數(crop water stress index;CWSI)作為水分狀況偵測值之比較。給予黃金金露華及彩葉草盆栽乾旱及濕潤兩種處理,每種處理各6盆,藉由復水後觀察葉溫及CWSI的變化,乾旱處理之黃金金露華葉溫約高出濕潤處理者3~5℃,給予復水後,葉溫漸漸下降與濕潤者相近;彩葉草之情形也類同,乾旱者葉溫比濕潤者高出1~2℃,足見葉溫因應著植物水分狀況而變化。若由葉溫減去氣溫(Tс-Tа;∆T)則乾旱處理之∆T大於0,濕潤者則小於0,由此略知植物水分狀況,然不同作物於相同水分下其葉溫的表現有所異,仍無法從∆T來判斷植物遭受水分逆境的程度。CWSI是從∆T和VPD(蒸氣壓差)間的線性方程式所求算的相對質,比葉溫或∆T更利於作物間水分狀況之比較,經CWSI的運算則可推測植物的水分狀況,當CWSI偏1時,暗示此植物遭受水分逆境,偏0則植物的水分狀況較佳。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this research were to compare ∆T (the difference of leaf and air temperature) and CWSI (crop water stress index) to be better plant water stress indicator. In the experiment period, the leaf temperature of drought treated plant was 3-5°C higher than that of the well watered plants in golden dewdrop, and was 1-2°C higher than that of the well watered plants in coleus. The ∆T of drought treated plants usually was more than or equal to 0°C, and that of well watered plants usually was less than 0°C. Therefore, ∆T could be a reference of plant water status but could not be quantifier of water stress. The CWSI, calculated by the correlation baseline between ∆T and VPD (vapor pressure deficit), that range from 0 (no stress) to 1 (maximum stress) could be an reasonable indicator of plant water status better than leaf temperature and ∆T. |
