中文摘要 | 臺灣地區之柔性鋪面設計目前多採用美國州公路及運輸官員協會(AASHTO)之設 計方法,然而缺乏其設計參數本土化之研究。本研究根據 AASHTO 設計公式中之鋪面現況服 務力指標觀念,進行道路使用者小組評分調查。研究範圍為新竹以北之國道、省道、及臺北 市區共 76 個路段。為兼顧私人運具及大眾運輸工具之發展事實,調查選用之交通工具除採 傳統所用之小型車外,市區公車及中興號亦為調查工作重點,比較小型車與巴士之乘車舒適 度差異。本研究同時實施破壞調查及糙度量測,以發展臺灣地區柔性鋪面現況服務力指標, 並針對市區道路及國道 / 省道系統提出兩套不同之建議模式, 以為我國公路主管機關於道 路設計時之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The concept of present serviceability index (PSI) was introduced by AASHTO pavement design guide and used widely in many countries. It was emphasized that some of the parameters used in the design equations should be calibrated through the local practice in order to obtain the best design results. This study is to develop the PSI for Taiwan's flexible pavement design. In order to analyze if there exists any difference in PSI models of various roadway classes, not only the freeway system but also the provincial highways and city roads are all included in this study. Panels of 20 rated 76 pavement sections by public buses and passenger cars. Rating results were computed and compared based on gender, driving experience,age,and seats on the bus. Besides the panels' subjective rating, condition survey and roughness measurement were conducted for the tested sections. Two PSI equations were developed in this study for city roads as well as provincial highway/freeway. |
