中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討國民小學校長主要的期望與實際順序情形,以了解教學領導在校 長主要角色中所佔有的地位,並探討不同背景變項在校長教學領導行為的期望與實際實施上 的差異情形。 本研究主要採用自編之「國民小學校長教學領導行為調查問卷」為調查工具,以高屏縣市的 國民小學校長、主任、組長、教師為研究對象來進行取樣,共計抽取有效樣本 945 份, 以 卡方檢定、t 考驗、百分比 z 考驗、單因子變異數分析等方法進行資料分析。 根據資料分 析的結果,所得的結論如下: 一、國小校長角色的期望與實際知覺一致,較偏重於學校行政事務的計劃與管理。 二、國小校長在公共關係上的角色期望的重要性較低,但實際知覺上有較高的重要程度。 三、相較於其他校長領導角色的重要性,國小校長教學領導的角色期望或實際知覺的重要程 度有較低的現象。 四、整體填答者對校長教學領導的重要性均表認同。 五、校長教學領導實際行為的表現仍可再加強。最後依據結論對教育行政機關與校內人員以 及未來研究方向提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to investigate the differences between the expected and actual principal's roles in elementary schools, and to analyze the magnitude of awareness on the importance of the instructional leadership. In addition, the differences between expectation and practice of principal's instructional leadership in different background variables were also studied. The questionnaire developed in this study was used to survey on principals, administrators and teachers randomly selected from Kaohsiung and Pintung in Taiwan area. 945 were returned in usable condition and provided data for the study. Chi-square, t-test, z-test and one-way ANOVA were adopted to analyze the outcome of the study. The following conclusions were drawn from the study: 1.The expectation and actual perception of the respondents about the principal were overweighted in managing school affairs. 2.The time which principal spent on public relationship was higher than expectations. 3.The expectation and actual perception of the respondents about the principal's instructional leadership were not in the higher order of the principal's roles. 4.The overall estimate of the respondents identified the importance of the instructional leadership behaviors. 5.principals still had to endeavor after the instructional leadership behaviors. Suggestions related to educational policies, teaching staff and future researches were also provided. |
