中文摘要 | 本研究針對氧化鋁陶瓷顆粒強化6061鋁基複合材料硬焊接合後母材與填料金屬之 間的伽凡尼腐蝕效應,其中之填料金屬包括 AlSi、SnAgTi、PbInTi、Sn 及 PbSn 合金。首 先將填料金屬覆蓋於鋁基複合材料表面,在硬焊接合相同條件下熔解及凝固,以模擬硬焊接 合後填料金屬的成份變化,再利用電化學方法量測此模擬硬焊處理填料以及未經模擬硬焊處 理之原始填料金屬對鋁基複合材料的平衡電位差距、伽凡尼腐蝕電流及伽凡尼腐蝕電位。實 驗結果發現,未經模擬硬焊處理前之 SnAgTi、PbInTi、Sn 及 PbSn 四填料與 6061 鋁基複 合材料耦合時,填料皆呈現較為貴性之電位,而經過模擬硬焊處理後,除了 SnAgTi 之外, 其它三者皆較母材活性。 AlSi 填料不論是否經過模擬硬焊處理,與母材的伽凡尼效應均很 小。進一步利用這些填料對鋁基複合材料實際硬焊接合後進行浸泡試驗,其接合處的表面腐 蝕型態與電化學伽凡尼試驗之結果相符。 |
英文摘要 | Galvanic corrosion of Al�烙��-particulate reinforced 6061 al-matrix composite coupled with AlSi,SnAgTi,PbInTi,Sn and PbSn filler metals has been investigated. Firstly, the filler metals were plated on the surface of Al-matrix composite with the same conditions as those for brazing process to simulate the composition variations of brazed filler metals. Then, the electrochemical methods were used to measure the corrosion potentials of the uncoupled filler metals and the galvanic currents as well as galvanic potentials of plated filler metals/Al-matrix composite couples. The corrosion behaviors of the as-received filler metals were also measured. When the Al-matrix composite coupled with the as-received filler metals, all filler metals except AlSi showed more noble potential than Al-matrix composite. However, if the Al-matrix composite coupled with the plated filler metals, SnAgTi was still more noble than Al-matrix composite, PbInTi,PbSn as well as Sn were more active than Al-matrix composite. The galvanic corrosion tendency was very small for the coupling of Al-matrix composite with as-received and plated AlSi filler metal. The morphology of brazed joints after immersion tests has also been observed to conform the results of the electrochemical tests. |
