中文摘要 | 軟弱黏土的工程性質較差,若不注意設計與分析,常易引發鄰房損害或工程品質不良等問題。本文的主要目的為以位於中國蘇州軟弱黏土基礎上之設計及品管案例探討軟弱黏土層之工程特性。因為軟弱黏土層容易產生施工問題,房以更多的取樣及完善的土壤試驗是必要的,一旦遇有安全虞慮之時,則設計需要適度的修正,本案例之倉庫及辦公大樓部份雖然僅為二層樓,但因軟弱黏土之承載力不足,因此設計 8m 方型預鑄混凝土短樁予以補強。結果顯示:黏土之壓密時間很長,應考慮施作壓密排水試驗及透水試驗以決定壓縮係數及透水係數,並採用縮短排水路徑之工法予以加速壓密完成。 |
英文摘要 | The bad engineering properties of soft clay are usually caused the building damage on that stratum and the ill problem of engineering quality. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate a case of the engineering characteristic of the foundation design and quality control on sofft clay stratum in Su-Chou, China. The soft clay easily results in the construction problem. Thus, a lot of samples and complete soil tests are necessary to be done. Once the engineering is not safe, the design need to be suitable correct. In this case, the storehouse and office building are only two stores. However, these building are constructed on the soft clay stratum. The bearing capacity is exactly not enough. Therefore, the rectangular short piles of precast concret with length 8m are driven for increesing the bearing capacity. The present study incdicates that since the consolidation time of soft clay is very long, both the consolidated drained test and permeability test should be done for determining the coefficients of consolidation and permeability. The method of short drain path would be applied to increase the consolidation. |
