中文摘要 | 隨著電腦科技的日新月異及影像處理技術的進步,小鋼胚磁粉探傷檢驗之自動化 得以實現,原先存在於磁粉探傷機的缺點,如高噪音及大量的人力,獲得有效的改善,並進而 提升檢驗量及檢驗品質,大幅降低人工檢驗可能的疏失。 小鋼胚磁粉探傷自動檢驗系統係利用螢光磁粉法進行探傷,可以自動進行磁化,磁粉液噴灑 ,影像辨識及劃記等程序,能偵測各種缺陷,如裂縫、線縫、夾渣等,具有高度的準確性, 對於深度0.3mm、長度大於20mm的缺陷,其檢出率大於95%,且各主要設備單元 皆具有「自我診斷」的功能,能適時發出警訊或停機,以維持檢驗的可靠性。 |
英文摘要 | With continuous improvement of computer science and image management, the automation of the billet defect detection has been accomplished. This makes a significant improvement to counter the disadvantages of the current MG, which is classified as high level noise, and labor intensive. Also, the quantity and quality of billet surface inspection has been promoted and the risk of the employees' negligence toward the inspection has been greatly diminished. MG/CCD uses the prineiple of the fluorescent particle inspection to detect defects. It can magnetize the billet, spray the magnetic particles, and identify the location of defects automatically. Besides, it can detect a great variety of defects such as cracks, seams, and scums with effectiveness and accuracy. The flaw detectability for depth of 0.3mm and length of more than 20mm is more than 95%. Also, it has self-diagnostic function for each equipment and gives a warning at the right time or stop the process in order to keep up the reliability of the inspection. |
