英文摘要 | In the Rod Mill of China Steel Corporation, there existed some shaping problems while producing φ 5.5mm rod coil. Coil stock mangled, even stuck into the reforming equipment. It not only increased the trimming loss of misshaped rod coil, but also damaged main mechanisms. Both production and product quality were deteriorated tremendously. Through some improvement on the laying head, Stelmor conveyor, reforming equipments and several operation adjustments, most of the deforming problems have been effectively solved. It has achieved very satisfactory results. Specially for the extra-low carbon steel, the rejection rate of mangled rod coil has significantly reduced from 0.40% to 0.03%. |
