中文摘要 | 條鋼一場於生產直棒鋼時,須將軋延成形後之棒鋼以飛剪機(Flying Dividing Shear )將棒鋼分切成60∼80M不等長度,再傳送至直棒鋼冷卻床冷卻並進行後續之分 切、檢驗、包紮、秤重、儲運等精整作業。 原有之飛剪機為馬達於接受分切訊號後須經離合器、飛輪、煞車片等多道機構耦合後方能傳 送動力以進行鋼材之分切動作,致使飛剪機動力剪切速度傳送不穩,而使棒鋼頭尾端彎曲, 甚而形成軋壞,且切長準確度較差,影響直棒鋼產率。 為提高鋼材分切效率乃將飛剪機更新為馬達直接驅動式,減少耦合機構以提升飛剪機速度之 穩定性,改善直棒鋼頭尾端彎曲長度,提升鋼材切長準確度,有效減少鋼材分切損失,提昇 直棒鋼合格產率0.8%。 |
英文摘要 | The production process for straight bars of No.1 BAR MILL are composed of three main steps, namely rolling from billets to bars, dividing to the length of 60 to 80 meters for cooling bed and finish cutting comprised of cutting, inspection, binding, weighting and shipping. Because the original flying dividing shear was driven through the clutch, of flying wheel and braking pads, the dividing speeds usually deviated from the setting values, resulting in poor cutting accuracy, bending bar and mis-cutting cobbles. All of those lead to a lower yield of straight bars. After revamping, the flying dividing shear was driven directly by electrcal motor, rather than coupling clutch. The No.1 BAR MILL gets more stable cutting speeds, better cutting accuracy, lower cutting loss due to bending; and consequently, the OK yield of straight bar was raised by 0.8%. |
