中文摘要 | 結構物中之不確定性參數對其安全性影響的研究漸受重視。可靠度理論已常被用 於分析此類問題,惟其考慮的不確定性參數是隨機變數或隨機過程的形式。而不確定性不一 定是以隨機的形式出現。不具隨機特性的不確定性,採用模糊變數加以模擬較為恰當,而一 般採用的可靠度分析法並不適合處理模糊不確定性。本文即在提出一新的方法來處理具模糊 不確定性的結構物之安全性評估,俾能使結構物在安全評估更趨完整性。我們採用序列準則 ,貼近度準則和量化準則等三種準則來處理不同層次的安全性評估,並以一三構件結構為例 進一步深入討論。 |
英文摘要 | Reliability analysis of system with uncertain parameters attracts more attention recently. The uncertain parameters was modelled by random variables or stochastic process in most of the study in the past. However, uncertainties involved in real world not necessarily random, may be due to incomplete information, vague information, for subjective judgement. Fuzzy set model is more adequate in dealing with this kind of uncertainty. The purpose of this paper is to develop an approach to incoporate the subjective judgement and/or emperical or objective data to estimate the seismic safety of structures which is a different approach from the conventional reliability approach. Three different criteria is proposed to estimate the seismic safety involved different level of complexity. A three member structure is used to demonstrate the methodology. |
