中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的在於應用添加圓盤配重的模式,配合兩階段式優化方法,提出 連桿機構之平衡設計,並對機構於添加配重後其特性所產生之影響建立評估的理論模式。本 文所提之兩階段式優化設計法,可以同一起始估計值而得多組可行解;根據本文所得結果, 此法有其優越性。進行四連桿機構之平衡設計時,以圓盤為配重,分別添加於四連桿組之桿 2、桿 3 及桿 4 與具固定旋轉接頭之桿 2 及桿 4 兩種方式, 並依所添加之圓盤配重在相 切位置及任意位置兩種模式,配合優化方法進行降低搖撼力、搖撼力矩及輸入扭矩之平衡設 計,並評估其平衡結果。由結果得知,以相切模式所得者較佳,而只在桿 2 及桿 4 添加圓 盤配重為經濟而有效的方法。 |
英文摘要 | The main subject of this study is to propose optimum designs wiht adding disk counterweights for reducing the shaking force, shaking moment and driving torque of four-bar link-ages. The two-phase optimization technique is proposed for the multi-objective optimization. The effects of implementing the designs on the bearing loads, flywheel and brake of the machine are also evaluated. Regarding the two-phase optimization technique proposed, it starts with an initial estimate but generates a few feasible designs. It is found that the results obtained with the technique are usually better than that obtained with the traditional algorithm. Two models, one considering adding disk counterweights on all moving links, the other only on the links with fixed pivots, are applied for the optimum design; fur-thermore the designs with or without the tangent constraints, which insure the contours of the added counterweights, on the links with fixed pivots, are tangent to the pivot centers, are also investigated. It is found that the designs with adding counterweights on the links with fixed pivots are more cost-effective than those with adding counterweights on all moving links. |
