| 中文摘要 | 本文以實驗方法,探討機械擴管式及水壓(100∼150kg/cm�插^漲管式熱交換器, 在不同的鰭片間距、鰭片厚度、銅管厚度及管外徑和漲管壓力下之接觸熱阻。由實驗結果發 現:鰭管之接觸熱阻會隨著鰭片厚度,鰭片數目的增加而降低,隨著管徑的增加而增加;水 壓漲管式熱交換器之接觸熱阻高於機械擴管式 50 ∼ 120 %;在水壓漲管式熱交換器中,若 改變不同的水壓,對接觸熱阻之影響並不明顯;此外對於管徑 3/8" 及 4/8" 之機械擴管式 或水壓漲管式熱交換器而言,鰭管接觸熱阻對空氣側整體熱傳係數之影響約為 4% 左右,但 對管徑 5/8" 水壓漲管式熱交換器之影響卻增加到 12% 左右, 因此接觸熱阻在熱交換器及 許多的工程應用上扮演了極重要的角色。 |
| 英文摘要 | Extensive experiments ae conducted to measure the thermal contact resistance of plate finned-tube heat exchangers under different geometrical configurations ( i.e.,different fin pitch, fin thickness, tube outside diameter and thickness ).The fin and tube attachments are made by mechanical or hydraulic expansion ( 100 ∼ 150kg/cm �插^. The experiment results indicated that the thermal contact resistance of finned-tube is decreased as the fin thickness or fin pitch increases, while it is increased as tube outside diameter increases. The thermal contact resistance of hydraulically expanded heat exchangers are 50% ∼ 120% higher than those for mechanically expanded heat exchangers. The effect of pressure on the thermal contact resistance for the hydraulically expanded heat exchangers is not significant. For heat exchangers either by mechanically or hydraulically expanded with tube diameters 3/8" and 4/8",the effect of the thermal contact resistance on the air-side overall heat transfer coefficient is only 4%, while for hydraulically expanded exchangers with tube diameter 5/8", the effect can be increased to 12%. As a result, thermal contact resistance plays an important role in the heat exchanger design. |
