中文摘要 | 大口(直)徑海底管線施設之工程為數甚少,可參考之書籍亦稀少,可謂冷門學科。一般設計需要檢討之項目計有管之受內壓、外壓之影響,挫屈、應變、沈陷、浮上、耐震檢討、土壤之液化、受船艦拋錨,乃受潮流、波浪之影響....等,本文均有所探討(節略)。 高雄市中洲污水海洋放流管施築工程係採統包發包,施工項目較困難者計有海底接管,管在陸上、海中之漏水試驗。所經歷之難題因係統包,故無前例可循,必須自行檢討、研究、改進,始能完成本工程。為便於其他海底管線工程之規劃、設計、施工參考,所以寫此論文。 |
英文摘要 | The projects of large ocean pipeline layout are quite few, and the refe rences are also scarce. It's an uncommon engineering. The design considerations, such as inner and outer water pressure, buckling, strain, settlement, buoyance, earth-quake resistance, liquefaction, anchorage, current and wave, etc., are all dicussed in this paper. The contract of Chungtsou sewage ocean outfalls in Kaohsiung City is a trunkty. The difficult work items are subsea connection and leakage test. No similar cases could be referred, therefore all the problems occurred during construction were discussed, studied and solved by ourselves. The purpose of this paper is to provide other projects of submarine pipelines for reference. |
