中文摘要 | 在許多的研究中,多目標規劃模式已經被廣泛應用在設施佈置的問題上。然而在 以往使用多目標規劃的方法中,經常存在的問題就是決策者僅憑數學運算所得到的目標值, 即對可行的佈置方案進行評估,選取所需的方案。 但是, 由於各因子間存在量尺 (scale) 的差異與計量單位的不同,若不考慮其實質的意義,只考慮數字上的運算結果,將使規劃結 果缺乏正確性與合理性。本文所發展的多目標設施規劃模式,除了有效消除因子間量尺差異 與計量單位的不同外,並將先前研究 [2] 所發展的衡量設施佈置方案優勢指標 (dominated index/DI) 納入演算法中,將規劃資訊與決策者智慧一併考慮,適時得到所需的佈置方案, 提昇整體規劃的有效性。 |
英文摘要 | In many studies, the multiple objective model is widely used to solve facility layout problems. However, there are two shortcomings to this model. First. each factor may not be represented on the same scale. Second, measurement units of these factors may be incomparable. As a result, some factors will be dominated and may have very little effect on the final solution. Therefore, measuring the quality of a proposed solution is just meaningless according to the arithmetic operations on these factors. In this paper we present a multiple objective model that avoids the above problems. A heuristic algorithm based on pairwise exchange of departments is developed to generate efficient solutions. In this algorithm, the dominated index (DI) developed in our previous research [2] is used to guarantee the quality of the proposed solution. This paper also includes a comparison of the proposed model to existing procedure. The results show that our approach is an efficient way to find near-optimal solution. |
