| 中文摘要 | 本文針對確保電力系統的供電穩定性及電源品質嚴格要求,避免火災使發變電場 所造成嚴重的損失及電力設備燒損事故,而影響用戶之供電。 為使電力設備既安全又可靠,皆裝設傳統式探測器,因經營有誤報,誤動作現象發生,無法 完全發揮偵測效果。 本處 (臺中供電區營運處 ) 所轄中華一次變電所, 新設一套主動式極早期火災偵測系統, 來探討並改善傳統式探測器的缺點,經由正確認識使本設備功效充分發揮。 |
| 英文摘要 | Unexpected events such as firing and malfunction of power system components may have serious impacts on the stability and reliability of a power plant. To ensure the safety and reliability of an operating power plant, traditional sensors are utilized. However, the relatively high probability of false alarming of tradtional sensors makes it a poor solution for a power system. To relieve the deficiencies of traditional sensors, we have recently introduced a new active fire detecting system to prevent the power system from the bad situation that traditional approach may occur. The detecting system makes the power system more reliable than ever. This paper summarizes the testing results provided by the facility vendors. |
