中文摘要 | 平面位置控制是X、Y兩軸的平面運動,欲使曲線之運動軌跡平滑,可將曲線分割成許多線段,再將線段分解為 X、Y 分向量來驅動兩軸之細微移動,完成近似曲線之軌跡;而線段的完成若以 X、Y 軸不同步移動,則其形狀如鋸齒狀,失真較大,雖然其控制方式簡單,但效率差,若用於完成曲線的移動,效果不佳;因此,本文以對速率有較好響應之伺服馬達為驅動器,利用位置控制技術,結合微處理器之軟硬體功能來計算任意曲線之資料,構成以『速度向量』為主的平面控制系統,來帶動已分割線段的 X、Y 軸速度向量,完成平滑曲線之軌跡。 |
英文摘要 | A plane positional control is a kind of motion coordinated along two orthogonal axes X、Y. In order to get a smooth track of a curve, we, in general, cut a curve into many segments, getting their component vectors of X、 Y pair, and then drive a small motion by these component vectors to obtain the almost perfect smooth curve, but the shape is toothed with more distortion, which is not good for line beautification and part cutting. This paper aims to complete a plane control system that is driven by speedvector by means of position control technology, processing the software and hardware function of microprocessor to calculate the speed-vector data of smooth curve. |
