中文摘要 | 本篇研究的目的主要是在探討gibberellic acid(GA3)誘導無胚水稻種子內的 amylase 活性以期應用此方法做為 GA bioassay 的一種新方法。 結果顯示 GA �健輔G濃度 自 10 ���韘� 10 ���� M 可促使 amylase 活性直線上升。GA �倏@度在 10 ���� M 可增加 20 倍的 amylase 活性。 其他濃度 10 ���e, 10 ���獺A10 �笐膜� 10 ���� M 各可增 65 倍,73 倍,114 倍及 184 倍。此系統對 GA �高滷虓P度要比大麥胚乳系統的佳。但是水稻 胚乳系統須較長的培養時間,由於它產生 amylase 的速度較慢。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was designed to develop a method of the production of amylase activity induced by various concentrations of gibberellic acid (GA �� ) in half embryoless rice seeds. The results showed that amylase production in this system was steadily increased by gradually increasing concentrations of GA ��, from 10 ���� M to 10 ���� M. Twenty times increase in amylase activity was observed at 10 ���� M GA ��. The sensitivity of this system to GA �� appears to be better than that in barley endosperm system, although a longer incubation period is needed. |
