中文摘要 | 近些年來,工業自動化的現象日益普及,各種感測器已成為不可缺少的組成關鍵 零件。針對這些感測器,大部份的使用者只是局限於其原設計指定功能作單一用途,並無將 其特性與機械原理加以結和,而應用其功能於多重用途上。本專題製作乃藉由個人電腦,利 用光敏電阻感測的特性, 配合控制介面 A/D 轉換及 8255 I/O 卡處理控制步馬達旋轉角度 ,而設計製造對送風管內速壓量測之機構。 |
英文摘要 | Recently, the requirements of automation are extremely increased in industrial market and the integration of the mechtronics technology becomes the trend of the modern control application. Especially in all composed parts of an automation equipment or mechanism, the use of sensors is essential and a lot. However, the application of various sensors is obviously restricted at only one purpose by the original designed function. They are seldom used in other purpose(s) according to the assigned function. In order to show some sensor of the other application, the integration of the characteristics of the photoconductive cell and the principle of the fluid mechanics in mechanical engineering has been provided and a velocity pressure measurement mechanism, including a A/D converter, a 8255 I/O card and a driver for the stepping motor, is finished in this paper. |
