中文摘要 | 本研究旨在針對有限資源多專案排程問題之「專案彙總衡量」因素對專案工期所 造成之影響進行迴歸分析。 由於最佳解法在有限資源多專案排程問題求解上之困難,因此相當多之探索解法被提出並用 來求解此類之問題。然而,相關文獻對相同目標函數下的法則採用建議甚少有一致性的研究 結果,使得使用者無所適從,造成上述現象的主要原因乃是由於影響有限資源多專案排程績 效的原因極為複雜,除了排程法則本身的問題之外專案的資源負荷型態、資源供給的鬆緊程 度,以及不同的專案網路組合等都可能是影響排程法則績效的主要原因。因此對不同的排程 問題若沒有經過徹底的分析,而仍採用相同的排程法則,則可能會造成時好時壞的排程結果 。因此本研究選定幾個重要之專案彙總衡量指標,利用這些專案彙總衡量指標,進行多元迴 歸分析,進而建立預測專案工期之迴歸預測方程式,以提供企業在工程競標時,作為預估專 案工期之重要參考。 |
英文摘要 | This study intends to make a regression analysis of project summary measures of multi-project scheduling with limited resources on project duration. Because it is difficult to apply the optimal solution approaches to the solution of multi-project scheduling with limited resources, there are many heuristics approaches which have been used to solve problems of this kind. However, there is little consensus about their findings and suggestions, and the practicing management is currently at a loss as to which scheduling rule to use. The above phenomenon is primarily caused by the complex factors which influence the performance of project scheduling with limited resources. In addition to problems inherent to scheduling rules, resources load type of project, tensions of resources supply, the complexity of project network structure, and composition of various project networks are possible factors of the performance of scheduling rules. Therefore, the adoption of some scheduling rules without prior analysis of problems surrounding a specific scheduling situation may lead to deviated results and incur large losses to the enterprise. It is thus the purpose of this research to conduct detailed and indepth investigation of some important factors (project summary measures) of project duration. At the same time, this research will use regressive analysis to analyze and construct prediction models for project duration which can be used as valuable references for enterprises to estimate project duration in contract bidding. |
