中文摘要 | 本研究推導出一最適更新決策模型作為考量時間成本因素下之決策分析工具,並 經由測試若干不同損壞機率密度函數發現, 除在 PDF 呈前低後高且壽命終止前陡升之情況 下集體更新優於個別更新外, 一般情況下(如浴缸型、uniform、遞減型)個別更新皆優於 集體更新。另經本研究發現,若瞬時失效元件僅採個別更新而不作集體更新時,長期而言, 每期損壞件數將趨於穩定且收斂,而該收斂值即為損壞件數之期望值。 |
英文摘要 | This paper propose a optimal replacement model for the application of failure equipment replacement policy under the consideration of time cost factor. The paper also test some different pdf of failure, we find when the pdf is steeply upward at the ending interval, the group replacement is superior to individual replacement. Otherwise, in some other case (the pdf follow bathtub, uniform and decreasing distribution type), the individual replacement is superior to group replacement. This paper also has another finding, if we only take individual replacement, then the long-run failure number of equipment per period will tend toward a fixed number. The fixed number is the expected value of failure. |
