| 中文摘要 | 本文介紹一套自行組立之個人電腦控制的調音叉式共振疲勞測試系統。配合設定 的軟體可以作到系統共振頻率的自動搜尋、補償,疲勞裂縫形成及成長的偵測。並以即時方 式量測、回授振動訊息而監控整個實驗過程。 系統測試結果顯示,在共振時具有最大的擺動振幅、最小的激振力量及最穩定的振動模態。 隨實驗過程進行,電腦可以明顯感測到這些訊息的變化而據以判定裂縫的形成及成長。另實 驗數據也顯示共振法與迴轉法兩者具有相同的變化趨勢,證明共振法是一個可行的疲勞試驗 方式。 |
| 英文摘要 | A self designed, low cost, tuning fork type, personal computer based resonant fatigue testing system has been developed. Which is called CAF (Computer Aided instrumented resonant Fatigue testing) system. The resonant frequency of the system and the fatigue crack initiation and propagation of the specimens can be obtained automatically from the variation of the vibration amplitude of the legs by using this system. At the resonant operating condition, a large increase in performance such as good control and economical of operating time can be realized. This paper presents the details of the apparatus of the CAF system. An example of testing on the ductile iron crankshafts is demonstrated. |
