中文摘要 | 歷來學者咸認為《抱朴子.外篇.詰鮑篇》中提倡「無君論」的作者,為與葛洪同時代、喜好《老》、《莊》典籍的學者鮑敬言。但是如此重要的思想家鮑氏,其人其事僅見諸葛洪《抱朴子.外篇》當中的〈詰鮑篇〉,實在值得懷疑。仔細尋繹、反覆研讀相關資料後,得到另外兩種新的看法;亦即葛洪《抱朴子》者中的「鮑生」,似乎是指「葛洪的岳父鮑靚」,或者應是「葛洪虛擬的道教中之隱者」。 第一種說法,經由〈詰鮑篇〉文句的重新斷句解讀,再加上「敬」、「靚」二字的互為疊韻,在「情」、「理」上應該說得通,但是鑒於鮑靚的生平資料還是不夠,所以只能暫時保留,以備日後參覈之用。 第二種說法,一則利用葛洪《抱朴子》書中文字,從正面、反面加以印證,可信鮑生所言的確是融合了儒、道兩家的思想;再則從《抱朴子.外篇.詰鮑篇》中擷取鮑生言論多出諸儒、道、子、史諸家典籍,如《詩經》、《左傳》、《墨子》、《淮南子》、《論衡》、《史記》...等十三種,足以證明鮑生所說的內容,雖以「無君」為意,但卻用了甚多的儒家典籍。這也證明了:〈詰鮑篇〉中葛洪的確虛構了一個道家人物「鮑生」,並且由他口中提出「無君論」,不外乎是葛洪故意站在正、反面立場,擁護他自己崇儒的觀念罷了。 |
英文摘要 | It has generally been recognized that the author of the "No Emperor Theory" in Chi Pao collected in Pao Pu Tze was Pao Ching Yen, a contemporary of Pao Hong who enjoyed writings of the Taoists and Chuang Tze. But we should doubt why such an important thinker was only found in Chi Pao colelcted in Pao Pu Tze After careful examination of the related writings, two different interpretations were found. The Pao Sheng in Ke Hong's Pao Pu Tze might refer to Ke Hong's father-in-law Pao Ching. Or it might refer to a hermit in Ke Hong's hypothetical Taoism. The first interpretation was based on rereading and repunctuating Chi Pao and rhymes involved. However, our data on Pao Ching was not sufficient to make a judgment and we just regard it as a temporary interpretation. The second interpretation was verified from Pao Pu Tze's book that what was said in Chi Pao was a combination of Confucianism and Taoism. Moreover, Chi Pao's language came from schools such as Confucianism, Taoism, Tze and historians. This could prove that the "No Emperor Theory' made use of many classics and that Chi Pao was a hypothetical figure to offer a new theory and ultimately support his respect for Confucianism. |
