中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在探討單一次不同速度的步行運對年輕女性血液脂肪中的總膽固醇、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇、低密度脂蛋白固醇及三酸甘油脂濃度,在運動前、運動後5分鐘、運動後1、24、48小時等五個不同時間之差異。受試對象為11名平均年齡為20.37±1.01歲,身高158±4.38公分,體重52.71+-6.69公斤的年輕女性。研究所得的資料採相依樣本二因子變異數分析及杜凱氏事後比較方法分所,結果歸納如下: 一、不同速度(4.8及6.4公里/小時)的單一次步行運動的改變血液脂肪的效果上沒有顯著差異。 二、總膽固醇濃度在運動後24小時時顯著低於運動前的濃度。 三、酸甘油脂濃度在運動後24小時顯著低於運動後5分鐘的濃度。 四、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇濃度及低密度脂蛋白膽固醇濃度在運動前與運動後1 、24、48小時等五個不同時間沒有顯著差異。 結論:單一次步行運動臺以短暫改善年輕女性血液中的總膽固醇及三酸甘油脂濃度,其效果在運動後24小時顯現,並在運動後48小時恢復至運動前的濃度,因此,以公共健康及全民運動的觀點來看,我們建議規律性地每二天從事一次步行運動對改善血液脂肪有很大的幫助。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the difference of a single bout of different speed walking with total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, and triglyceride before exercise, 5minutes post-exercise, 1 hour post-exercise, 24 hour post-exercise and 48 hour post-exercise on the blood lipids of young females. The subjects are 11 young females. Their average age is 20.73+-1.01. Their average height and weight are 1.58+-4.38 CM and 52.71+-6.69 KG, The dates were analyzed by two-factor analysis of variance and Tukey posterior comparison The results were as follows: 1. A single bout of different speed walking and blood lipids were found not significant difference on diggerent speed (4.8 & 6.4 km/hr). 2. Total cholesterol concentration at 24 hours post-exercise had significantly lower level than before exercise. 3. Triglyceride concentration at 5 minutes post-exercise had significantly highe level than 24 hours post-exercise. 4. High density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were found not significant fifference before exercise and 5 minutes post-exercise, 1 hours post-exercise, 24 hours post-exercise, 48 hours post-exercise. Conclusion: A single bout of walking can transitorily improve total cholesterol and triglyceride concentration in the young female blood lipids. The effect of it was shown at 24hours post-exercise. Walking is worth propagating exercise from the pint of public health and sport for all man. We suggest that regular walking per two days is good for improving blood lipids. |
