中文摘要 | 本試驗為探討適合台灣北部地區栽培葉菜類之設施架構。於桃園縣新區鄉桃園區農業改良場搭設高架塑膠布網室(高3.0m×寬6.0m×長20m)、中架塑膠布網室(高2.7m×寬5.0m×長20m)、低架塑膠布網室(高1.8m×寬2.8m×長20m)及低架網室四種栽培莧菜、小白菜、菠菜、芥藍等短期葉菜類,結果顯示高架塑膠布網室、中架塑膠布網室均可提高葉菜類之產量及品質。而低架塑膠布網室則通風差,其栽培葉菜類之產量及品質較差,低架網室與露天栽培之產量及品質均最差。高架塑膠布網室裝置捲揚器則增加成本,且效果不彰。土地利用率雖以高架塑膠布網室最高,單棟66%、連棟75%;中架塑膠布網室單棟62%、連棟70%;低架塑膠布網室及低架網室僅59%,且低架棚工作不方便。惟高架塑膠布網室每分地造價42萬元高於中架之30萬元,以經濟效益考量,北部地區載培短期葉菜類宜採用中架塑膠布網室。 |
英文摘要 | Experiments were conducted to compare the effects of different pipehouse models on the yield and quality of leafy vegetables, and to find the most suitable construction of pipehouse in northern Taiwan. The results showed that the high plastic screen house (H 3.0 m × W 6.0 m × L 20 m) and medium plastic screen house (H 2.7 m × W 5.0 m × L 20 m) were suitable for amaranth, pai-choi, spinach and kale cultivation. Both patterns increased yields and quality of tested vegetables. Wrinkle was not found necessary and increased cost. The low plastic screen house (H 1.8m × W 2.8 m × L 20 m) was found not good to ventilation and it's hard to work and to operate machines. Vegetables cultivated within low screen house and open field gave the lowest yield and worst quality. Comparing the land utilized rate, the high plastic screen house, being 66% in single and 75% in joint showed the highest followed by the medium plastic screen house, being 62% in single and 70% in joint, and the low pipehouse, compared to high type, 59% in single was the lowest. So both high and medium pipehouses were suitable for leafy vegetables cultivation, but the cost for medium type was less. |
