英文摘要 | The relationship between the glass transition temperatures and conductivities of poly(acrylic acid) /polyaniline (PAA/PAn) blends were investigated by dynamic mechanical analysis, conductivity measurement, ultraviolet-visible-near-infrared spectroscopy, and infrared spectroscopy. The blend exhibits a glass transition temperature higher than that of a PAn film plasticized with the same amounts of 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP), because the doped PAn subchains are more rigid. During the glass transition, parts of the protonated N atoms of PAn are deprotonated due to increased thermal motion of PAA-doped PAn subchains on heating; the protons generated can combine with the counter ions, COO, to become COOH. Thus partial undoping of PAn occurs and the conductivity of the blend (2.9 × 10 �笐� S/cm for the composition of the mole ratio, 1/1 ) drop at temperature higher than Tg. Upon cooling the blend to room temperature, parts of the undoped PAn subchains are redoped. |
