中文摘要 | 本研究先以白油溶解釩、鎳之模式化合物Ni-TPP與VO-TPP,再以常壓殘渣油(ATB )為對象,在高壓反應釜中,使用兩種觸媒,改變六個操作變數,藉以獲得動力學參數,實 驗結果顯示,相對於金屬總濃度而言,Ni-TPP 和 VO-TPP 之反應階次均為二次,而 ATB 之 脫鎳反應則為一次, Ni-TPP、 VO-TPP 之活化能分別是 31、33Kcal/mole。 當 Ni-TPP 和 VO-TPP 共存時,VO-TPP 會抑制 Ni 之去除速率;反之,Ni-TPP 對 V 的抑制作用並不明顯 ,觸媒 GC-107 較 GC-106 之金屬脫除率為高,且脫除速率亦較快;無使用觸媒時,脫金屬 反應幾乎不發生。 |
英文摘要 | The kinetics of hydrodemetal lation of Ni-TPP, VO-TPP and ATB with white oil as solvent and GC-106, GC-107 as catalysts have been studied in batch autoclave experiments under different six operating factors. Experimental results indicate that the total metal removal for Ni-TPP, VO-TPP and ATB (Ni) can be described by second, second and first order, respectively, with respect to the total concentration of metal. The activation energy of Ni-TPP is 31 Kcal/mole and that of VO-TPP is 33 Kcal/mole. The experimental results for mixed Ni-TPP and VO-TPP show that the pressence of vanadyl compounds will suppress the nickel removal reaction, and the reverse suppression is less significant. The commercial catalyst, GC-107, has faster removing rate than GC-106. While catalyst does not exist, no reaction takes place. |
