中文摘要 | 這篇報告中所使用變溫氣化熱脫附法(PTV)是把氣體層析儀注入口當作熱脫附室 ,並用來同時分析hydrogen sulfide (H�� S), methanethiol(CH�� SH), carbon disulfide (CS��), Dimethyl sulfide (DMS, CH�� SCH��)和dimethyl disulfide (DMDS, CH�� SSCH��)。此方法是利用Tenax-TA吸附劑吸附補集在空氣中揮發性的硫化物。然後再以階段 式變溫加熱使吸附在吸附劑上的樣品脫附出來,並同時使用液態氮在管柱前端保持冷卻的溫 度。此時,硫化物在被加熱氣化進入GC毛細管中,並以火焰光度偵測器偵測。由分析結果知 道使用吸附劑和變溫熱脫附法能有效地分析環境中樣品。且由結果中可知道各個硫磺廠和廢 水處理廠含有不同的惡臭硫化物。 |
英文摘要 | The programmed-temperature-vaporizing (PTV) injector has been developed as a thermal desorption chamber for simultaneous analysis of hydrogen sulfide (H�特), methanethiol (CH�訕H), carbon disulfide (CS��), dimethyl sulfide (DMS, CH�訕CH��), and dimethyl disulfide (DMDS, CH�訕SCH��), A trap employing the solid adsorbent Tenax-TA was used to enrich ambient levels of volatile sulfur compounds, then the sulfur gases were thermally released according to programmed temperature from the adsorbent trap and recollected in a column cooled with liquid nitrogen. The sulfur compounds were revolatilized and directly transferred to the system of capillary-column gas chromatography/flame -photometric detector for analysis. Analyses of environmental samples for the complete method of adsorption and temperature-programmed thermal desorption were successfully performed. The sulfur compounds known to cause nuisance odors in the air from various sulfur recovery and sewerage treatmeent works are compared. |
