中文摘要 | 本研究以芸香科植物屬間花粉粒特性比較結果,黃皮及月橘具有三枚發芽口 ,椪柑、飛龍枳殼為四枚,長實金柑為五枚。花粉表面積以月橘最大(562.64μm�� );長實金柑最小(397.42μm��)。網孔面積以飛龍枳殼(1.01μm��)及月橘(0.86μm��)最 大,其他則顯著為小。網孔密度以椪柑(28.25μm��)及長實金柑(31.38μm��)為最密 集,其他則為疏鬆。 |
英文摘要 | Pollen grans with different sizes, shapes and ultrastructures from cultivars are distinguished. In tis experiment, Rutaceae plants wwere used as material to observe the features of pollen grains including surface area, polar axis equatorial axis, P/E index, pit surface area, the number of pits within 25 μ m �� of pollen surface area and the number of aperture by SEM. A key was created according to the results. According to the results of comparison between pollen grains of different genera, it was found that Wampee (Clausena sp.) and Orange jassamine (Murraya sp.) had 3 apertures, Ponkan mandarin (Citrus sp.) and Hiryu dragon (Poncirus sp.) had 4 apertures. In the view of pollen surface area. Orange jessamine was the largest, Oval kumquat was the smallest, but the pit area of Hiryu dragon and Wan- pee was the largest significantly. |
